Well, I hope that you really do get your situation resolved quickly. However, in the MONTH that it took me to get miles redeposited, I was told each of the 4 times that I called that my flights could be "seen" and the notation to redeposit miles was also "seen". Yet, the redeposit never happened and I feel as though it never would have had I not called a fifth time, 4 days after my refund hit my CC.

My advice to you is to tell anyone who tells you that it takes 2 weeks now because of the merger "it's been 4 weeks, so that's past the limit. There is really a problem here, please look at this". I had to do that yesterday to the kind of snippy agent that I got at first. It seems to me that some agents you get aren't trying too hard and to pass you along or to get you to hang up they say "it takes longer now because of the merger. You just need to wait, and it will be fine". Because it will probably not be fine!
