1) I've never heard of 3 pages for SA, only 2 - consecutive pages - all blank.

2) Are the "Amendments and Endorsements" pages the sewn in ones? (I don't have my previous passport which had the extra sewn in pages added at some point due to heavy travel). I vaguely recall asking one of the immigration folks at JNB if the sewn-in ones were good for the two page rule. No, he said.

3) Like divingdancer, I have had them re-stamp the older sticker / stuck-in visa sticker when I've come back on another trip soon after the initial entry that generated the sticker.
