i'm on day two of this process now.. i knew before march 3 that i wasn't going to use this award, and not redepositing in mid-february was dumb. I cancelled on the new united.com a few weeks ago, and after no action, started making calls yesterday.

i've now been bumped from res to MP to res. and they do actually see the flights, so this isn't as bad as some of these stories have been!
at least premier silver is now enough to get domestic agents, and the hold times are reasonable again.
