Have you logged out and then back in? I've found several times that even though it looks like I'm signed in, I don't get offered the elite buckets--I have to manually log out and log in again to get them to show up.
I have noticed this too. Sometimes, I have to clear the cache and cookies to get the N inventory to display correctly.
