Chase told me this gets BOGO on C fares. Anyone tell me what the rules are, and if they're refundable/flexible?

I'm headed to Korea next month and I'm trying to get my boss to spring for C - especially since he's going with me. What are the rules? I'm guessing probably full C but don't know the other rules or how to book them.

Chase couldn't tell me - they gave me a code but then when I called UA, they were completely clueless.
