Two suggestions:

1) Contact the airline and your travel dept and ask them to investigate. If the e-cert was issued in error I'm sure they'll be appreciative of your diligence. They'll tell you why the e-cert was issued and take appropriate action.

2) Sit back and marvel at the wonders of the universe.
