they are very aware of it and it would be easy as pie to fix and close it. They like it and I'm sure they get tons more business because of it.

Because people who think they know better will "work" the rebid process and end up paying hundreds of dollars more for the fare than they should have. They made a quick $150 without even having to provide tickets.
