Just tried to place a personal $3k GC order via bigcrumbs and the first one was canceled due to:
"Your order was not fulfilled for the following reasons: We could not verify your order information and cannot approve your order at this time."
Followed up with another order and received a similar email to the first one stating my order was canceled because:
Your order was not fulfilled for the following reasons: Your order exceeded limits either by quantity, dollar value, or both for the allowed time period.
My previous order history has been 5k within the last two weeks and another 1k last week, both on the personal side.
I resubmitted my 3k order via my business (and the business AX GC site) and it *looks* like it's going through; I have not received the confirmed email yet but I do see a 3k decrease in my SPG AX credit line.
Either way I could not find any verbiage of limits on the personal or business GC orders, except the 5k and 75k respective max per order...not sure what AX is doing here.
