I finally got my refund to my CC for a canceled FF Y ticket, 27 calendar days after I called 1K line to cancel it. I'm certain that my 3 calls to CS and one call to Refunds did absolutely nothing; the ticket refund hamster wheel turned its turns as fast as it was going to, I guess. However my miles I used to upgrade that ticket never came back, even though during each call I made, I asked about them.

Today, 4 additional days into the whole saga I got angry and decided to call again to tell them, essentially, WTH is wrong with you, you canceled the ticket, you gave back the money, give me my miles back already.

It took 90 minutes to get them to attempt to credit them for the 5th time. An hour after I hung up, the miles are in my account.
