As a 1k, when loooking for an First class award on a 3 class plane, should I look for ON or O?

I can find a routing that shows ON2 O0, but the booking tool only finds a standard award and calling results in the same answer.

Has anyone successfully booked a first class award on a 3 class plane when O was 0 but ON > 0?
