YES!! I've been put in Boarding group 5 for a few of my reservations for no apparent reason. It seems to happen most with United Express flights, in my experience. What's worse is that the one time that I asked the GA about it, they stated that they couldn't see at all that I was 1K and that I should board with group 5 because that was on my BP.

It's happened to me on about 15% of my flights in the last month (23 total flights).
