Was just wondering about in-flight catering at BA and had a few questions.

1. How fresh is the food. Ie how long from the kitchen to being served on the plane.

2. How often do menu changes take place on a standard basis.

It would vary from every point of loading but I would guess there would be a set procedure for ex UK departures...
