First year I earned 60k miles and second year 115k and this is what I got for loyalty.

As for me, I got many options from YYZ. I've been thinking about going with Turkish as they are very aggressive right now and the services seem to have improved since I travelled last with them 5 yrs ago.

Plus the miles and smiles program is way more attractive than most middle eastern airlines.

I think it's time to burn my miles on something and email gold guest to cancel my membership.
