I've had no problems with it. The only benefit of the card that I've seen so far though are the miles. Nothing else is relevant as a 1K, and I can't get upgrades on paid fares, let alone award travel.
That and the award upgrades. However they have gradually increased the annual fee to $95 I believe which I am finding it harder to justify with only two benefits.
