probably a rant, but whatever....
I was in FRA the other day at the Senator lounge and the CSR at the door was confused as to why a "Gold Card" is white. It had me thinking about the way CO marketing has used all these "difficult to understand" terms in just about everything. Meaning, "BusinessFirst" or GlobalFirst, or 1k premier vs platinum.
