Stayed three nights on points in a Studio Suite. Room was tight but not bad. My wife loved the location and would stay there again. We slept well and the shower and bathroom were fine. 4oz plus size of the Bliss products. Very quiet room even though there was construction outside. Good simple breakfast (not free) in the lobby bar (and one day when we got up too late and they'd put the breakfast stuff away, the server found us some complimentary croissants).
We did have a few glitches - the WiFi (Gold amenity) only worked if you stood next to the front door of the room - useless at the desk or the sofa. An engineer came and confirmed lousy WiFi and offered an Ethernet cable, but that's not an option with my phone or iPad. Had to buy a SIM for 15 pounds at CarPhone Warehouse. Worse than that, at midnight, with my wife asleep, I couldn't turn off the lights. Called the front desk and based on the status of the leds in the light switch, they said they had to send an engineer to reset the light controller in the closet. This one blew my mind. Not sure what amazing benefits this fancy light controller provided, but the downside far exceeds any upside. I didn't ask for any comp and none was offered.
