I know this property well - I lived for a few months in the top floor apartment right across the street at the Place de Mexico (my beyond rich college friend's 2nd apartment in Paris!). I know that the 75k here will make a good value, as the standard rooms barely fit the beds (look at the TA pics). Trocad is absolutely my favourite place in Paris for a semi-non-touristic visit, and this place is in a brilliant location. It's not a tourist trap at Vendome like the high-end properties.....

I'm not saying that it's a bad deal, because it's not a bad deal at 75k. I just hope that there are lots of 50k's available (which I couldn't tell from my phone...). I also need to add that I'd never ever seen only a non-standard priced room available until today, so yes, I think that it's a non-issue.
