Thanks for the responses. When I click on view seats with a dummy booking the exit row doesn't appear even when I'm logged in. I was doing this for an upcoming P.S. flight. The exit rows appear if I go to select the flights and then go to purchase. But if I just click on "view seats" before selecting the flight to purchase then it doesn't show the exit rows...
