This is what I know to your questions.
In the record locator that I assume only CSR can see. I could not.

From what the agent said the phrase- Please extend all courtesies. This should have already been on my AUS itin as my 1k number has always indeed been associated with since purchase before 3/3 "integration".
Therefore the magic words should have been on all my records already but were not. So as not to assume happy to review necessary records with agent.
The agent associated this issue with the new system and said programmers are working on. So part of the current mess.
