12. No - domestic check-in is primarily done through self service kiosks (including self bag tag and self bag drop). There is a premium check in counter although it is pretty much used as a general counter assisting all and sundry. If you are technologically literate you are probably better off using the kiosks (I find it takes me about a minute to check-in, tag my bag and drop it off) so it is really ridiculously easy and personally I find it a much better option than standard counter service.
I do agree with all of this - however there are typically not a lot of "all and sundry" at the premium counter (more usually at the regular counter), so if you do need to use it for whatever reason your wait for assistance is likley to be only a few minutes.
