Just a little disappointed I couldn't score an upgrade on a 767-300 (domestic) on a Saturday afternoon as a Gold. Don't get me wrong, I don't deserve an upgrade, but I'm hitting at under .250.
Yes, people really do. Pay or use miles. What other options are there? Oh, and it does not make my kids "spoiled rugrats."
