I can't recall whether it's Starwood or HHonors that has (or had) a cap on the number of consecutive nights that a customer is eligible to earn points. I did a quick perusal of the T&C's and didn't see anything, but you should be very careful when booking one, long continuous stay. Just to be safe, I would check out of the hotel after 25 or so days, stay at a different hotel for a night, and then check back in. The reason I say 25 is that I think the cap (if it exists) is around 30 consecutive nights.
