I definitely did not want to give up my 3X and 2X, either. Fortunately I kept my previous MP card when I applied for the MP Select Card, so I was able to convert the old card to the new Club Card.

Now I'll be doing my 3X and 2X purchases on the Select Card and everything else on the Club Card, to get my 1.5X.
