One of my favorite treats is the Weins Amour D L'Orange. Its the first drink I request. I love the complexion of this Sparkling Wine. $25 per bottle goes to show that Alaska is not skimping on what they serve.

I also enjoy the Alaska Pale Ale(Alaska Winter Ale), Sierra Nevada Beers on Tap(Beets Bud/Budlight). The wine selection is excellent along with their other spirits. I love how you can get specialty drinks like The Foghorn, Margarita etc.
The Espresso Machine is great. I've had great Cappuchinos, Lattes and Espresso from the machine. Kudos to Alaska for providing Chocolate Syrup, Torani Syrups(including sugar free).
The soda machine with Coke products and Minute Maid Juices is a great addition. Waiting at the bar at American Admrials Club or US Airways Club can take some time. Here I can use a coffee mug and fill up the soda in it.
The Coffee that the Boardroom Serves is great. I love the cookies that are next to the coffee. Alaska takes it a step further and adds flavored creamers.
The food selection is great . I love their soups, vegetable salads, cheeses and special items like Ambrosia. The pancake maker in the morning is a nice touch.
I love the comfortable seating area with chairs. They have enough plugs and offer complimentary WiFi unlike Admirals Clubs.
The staff is amazing especially at the LAX Lounge. When the Prioirty Pass system is slow the agent walks me to an empty seat and brings me a drink while I wait.
I love how they have a separate closet to store my suitcase and jacket.
Overall Alaska did it right with their Boardroom. Its such a great place to relax and unwind before or after a flight.
Daniel,
Only at LAX will you find a more diverse option of liquor. They created a customized menu that individuals can order, from Greyhounds to Margarita's, from Creamsicle's to Bloody Mary's, and other mixed drinks including, Kamikaze's, Jaegermister, Electric Iced Tea's (heck they can even make you an Adios if you want) albeit at a premium price of $6, but where else can you get a drink like that with premium good tasting liquor at an airport. The cheap crap downstairs at that sports bar charges you $12 for a premium drink.
In the new boardroom, once they get their liquor license, they will be creating a more advanced drink menu with more options and premium liquor...however that's only at LAX...why? Because they are creative and enjoy doing these things and go the extra mile. Plus, I believe the Asian guy there is a bartender, so he knows how to mix the drinks the right way. I know some of them over there aren't bartenders, and they try, but I always enjoy watching him (I think his name is Jack or Jeff) make the drinks, because you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing, and the drinks taste really good.
I can't wait to try some of the shooters he talked to us about.
