Lounge staff browing Flyertalk during work
Was in GF and GC South and GC in pier B on Thursday. In all 3 when approaching the check in desks from behind (ie exiting the lounge) most of the staff were logged into Flyertalk with some typing furiously.
I am not sure if this is allowed but most of them when sensing a passenger (me) clicked off the screen implying that they did not want to be seen on it.
I know in a lot of large corporations social networking sites are barred so maybe it is surprising that BA allows its staff onto a site like this during working hours? It certainly does not look professional to have staff clicking off the screen when a passenger approaches.
