Some properties that come to mind immediately:

HR Huntington Beach (directly across from the beach, located right next to downtown HB)
HR Scottsdale (one of my favorite club lounges, plenty of pools, Diamond access to Spa)
HR Mission Bay (well-known for exceptional breakfast at the Red Marlin, great Diamond treatment)
