Seriously? Are you that naive about the laws of the road? There is not a state in this nation where it is legal to block and intersection, some states are a bit more strict on enforcing the law, but as a driver, you must to proceed, even on a green light or at the time of right of way, if you cannot clear the intersection. Blocking the intersection is illegal.
