After my first request, a message appeared in our accounts : "Incorrect date or flight number."

I complained again and they requested to send the originals ticket + boarding pass to an address in Germany. I did this for over one month !

Now, some of the segments flown appeared a new message : "Name not on passenger list." (!?!?). How could it be ?

What else can I do ? Even with the original receipts in their hands, Miles & More program does not believe that we took those flights ?

Please, suggestions !
