They found it! Only took them 4 days to find it matching the description, get it on the next TK70 flight to HKG and from there get it to me.

Looks like the handle with the baggage tag got ripped off in the process somewhere along the line. It also got ripped open due to handling I guess, hello duct tape.

Getting it back in Manila was a bit of and adventure let me tell you, what with the traffic and Philippine bureaucracy. The baggage handler for TK in HKG (SATS) managed expectations well and provided excellent service (all frustration was caused by TK).
