Fruit Plate - Band 2 (?) breakfast. As assured by BBB etc here, it was lovely. I also liked how it was nicely laid out. I think it's Band 2 (if ORY is Band 2), and I believe it was catered ex-ORY as it was the first flight of the day (before the first flight from LHR got in, I think). I was not so keen on the fruit compote, but I'd have the Fruit Plate again any time. (This was a special meal I ordered after the encouragement on this forum.)
One minor whinge. Butter was unsalted. I prefer unsalted butter to cook with, but I prefer salted butter with my bread (especially with my favourite CE "German" bread, the one in the Continental Breakfast photograph). However, being catered ex-ORY, I can accept it...

Lamb Casserole - Band 3B Lunch.
This was a rather fine meal. With casserole I expected the asparagus and the potatoes to be soggy, but the asparagus had a hint of crunchiness that you want, and the potatoes were rather nicely cooked. Lamb was lovely and soft too. I can definitely recommend this!
Now, please note the new arrangement with the crackers in a separate wrapper. No more soggy crackers! They also weren't the boring plain types but had some seeds on them, and larger than the ones that are pre-located on the cheese plate. A winning move.

Continental Breakfast - Band 3B breakfast.
It was not a special meal, but I asked if they had just the cold food, and out it popped. The yoghurt was almost like a mousse and without being excessively sweet. The fruit plate was the normal one that comes with the meal, I think? If you have already had the greasy cholesterol-special in the lounge (which was the case for me - I had two poached eggs with about 5 rashers of bacon they decided to give me at T3 F lounge!

), or if you simply want a light breakfast, this is rather recommended.
