So my question is within a hotel what rooms are usually considered the "good" rooms and why? For example do people usually consider higher floors to be better? corner rooms? what determines if you get a "good" room or not?
What determines if you get a "good" room or not is YOU.
MY definition of a 'good' room: 3rd flr + away from elevator, west facing room, king bed, setting room, kitchenette.
MY definition of a 'bad' room: Facing east, overlooking the pool, 2 beds, near the elevator OR vending machine/s any thing under the 3rd flr.
There are many others but just some examples.
