That's on top of an incredibly terrible computerized "help" interface - the single worst help interface I have ever experienced.
Try it. You won't believe it! It really makes you fight to get thru to a person.
Which number did you try? The 421 or 999? I had zero issues getting to a person and zero hold time the 2 or 3 times I've called.
