I am dealing with the same issue except I have one reward ticket for me and one regular ticket for my minor daughter. If I try to book them separately they will charge me $99 each way for an unaccompanied minor ticket. I am currently on hold (over 30 minutes so far, hooray) to iron this out. Have you tried booking your daughter online and choosing "adult" instead of child? I have found even when you enter their DOB, etc., it will not pick up on the fact it is a booking for a child. As already stated in this thread, you have to book award tickets separately from paid; they can't be on the same PNR.

You can't do this. You must book the paid tickets on a separate PNR from the award tickets.
