TI it is. I remember $19.00 "Peanut Fares" between Denver and Salt Lake City. When TI inaugurated nonstop flights into Denver from DFW, the fare was $59.00. However, for the first three days the fare was $0.59 cents, but in order to qualify you had to show up at TI's Stapleton counter and either do or bring one of 59 different things. Some of them included a picture of yourself in a 1959 high school yearbook, writing a 59 word poem about why TI was the way to fly between DEN and DFW, $59.00 in Monopoly money, do 59 pushups, etc. Those were fun days...

That's right. Interesting, no two of AeroAmerica six 720s were painted exactly alike.

No, Eastern was the second airline to operate the Electra.

That's right. I would love to have seen the 111 in any of those airlines' liveries

13. British United. The order was signed by the Managing Director of the airline, who a few years later walked out and set up his own airline - it was, of course, Freddie Laker.
I was looking for the U.S. launch customer but since I forgot to specify that in my question, your answer is a nice bonus for us. I didn't know Sir Freddie once ran BUA. On a separate topic, I'm thinking I have a postcard of a BAC-111 in Laker colors... And, as jlemon mentioned above, Braniff was the US airline launch customer.

15. I think she was the first black flight attendant on a US airline - note that Imperial Airways, BOAC's predecessor from the 1930s, had colonial stewards back in the 1930s on their long-haul routes.

A few DC-9s also passed through Montana. I once flew a DEN-GTF-FCA-GEG-SEA routing on Hughes Airwest and Northwest used to operate the nines on flights to BIL/GTF out of MSP.
