30 "MinutePlus" hold time when calling the 800# on the back of the card
30 "MinutePlus" hold time with the 800 number on the back of this card before getting thru to a representative.
That's on top of an incredibly terrible computerized "help" interface - the single worst help interface I have ever experienced.
Try it. You won't believe it! It really makes you fight to get thru to a person.
UPDATE: The second 800# (800-999-xxxx) on the back of the card works much better. Thanks trekwars2000 and CanadianBacon.
