I'm not so sure, actually. The file is a fixed file that is available for download about every two weeks.

There is only one way to access the file from the download page. So the reference on the page is for a file named co.pdf.

All they need to do is to change the name of the file to united.pdf after its generated, and change the reference on the webpage.

Although its not that important, it just seems like it would be something so easy to fix
