NH's NRT-BOM is a 737BBJ, there is no Y. One plane had an all C layout and one is mix of C and PY. None of them has PTV as it used handheld device instead.

LH used to have ORD-DUS on a 737BBJ as well operated by PrivatAir also all C layout.

Even AS use 738 for ORD-ANC on a 738, it is a little shorter at 6 hours and 30 min, certainly there is no AVOD and no PTV.
