I have an itinerary for next week, I'm upgraded on SWUs (booked in 'G'). On the order of every day, my very carefully chosen seat assignments just flip, I'm up in bulkhead seats, moved all around. The platinum desk claims equipment changes, but it's neither true nor even possible. Otherwise, they claim ignorance, or deny that it's even happening. Has anyone experienced this? Solutions?
