Sprint Long Distance-Is It Legal to Charge Different Prices for the Same Service?
Since MCI is no longer giving AA miles and AT&T won't let me sign up for their AA program, I am probably going to switch to Sprint for USAir miles. I received 2 different offers from US. One is 8,000 miles and a $5.95/month fee and the other is 6,000 miles and $4.95/month fee for the exact same plan. No difference in toll charges or anything. Can they do that? Anyway to find out if that is legal?
