Now, some of the segments flown appeared a new message : "Name not on passenger list." (!?!?). How could it be ?

What else can I do ? Even with the original receipts in their hands, Miles & More program does not believe that we took those flights ?

This is exactly what I have seen for AV/LR flights. 5 months and the exact same messages! I finally broke down and called the German call center where I was literally laughed at (although they could have been laughing at my German). I had 10 different entries for 4 flights, only 2 of which were crediting (so they say, but my spreadsheet says otherwise). Wrong flight numbers...wrong airports...name not on passenger list...entries that were credited with no miles appearing.
I wish I could suggest something but nothing I have tried has worked. I will let you know if the German call center could fix things, although I suspect it will take awhile.
