Last December/January I traveled with my family in Europe with several flights operated by TAP (Star Alliance member).
My wife and I indicated our miles to be credit at our Miles & More program and my children for the Mileage Plus/United.
Some flights were credited automatically for both programs. Others, after 15 days, had not yet been credited the respective accounts.
In the case of United, I made a credit application, and about 2 weeks later, the credits were normally settled.
In the case of Miles & More program, it's been about 4 months of the flights and still not crediPlease, suggestions !
I have the same problem. TAP flights took long time before I got credit to my M&M account. I made 2 flights on 24th JAN and my SEN card was printed on my BP. I have requested credit 2 times, then I sent fax with BP and ticket number to address in Germany and last week did 3rd claim, and nothing.
There is only one flight on my account with : Passenger not on a passenger list!!!! and Silence from M&M....time goes by
