I have given myself another headache trying to work this one out !

As I am going on holiday to Euroland in July, after my 3 months are up, is there any way I can get hold of Euro's using my LTSBPADC (or whatever it is) without it being a cash advance (might even be worth it if it is seen as a cash advance?).

As an update to my idea re my sister and her place in Spain and my 'rental' of it via Paypal. She didn't want to do this - looks like she is off my Christmas card list !
