They have got to get this sorted (UKBF).
Tuesday am was an hour to get through even for Europeans. You have to factor in that they turn off escalators and reduce the T5B/C shuttle to slow you down as well.
The queue management is poor and there were often empty desks when I did get to the front of the queue. The senior team there need to go to HKG where they can process people very efficiently - the queues there look dreadful but it is never more than 10 minutes and yes they do check everything properly there too!
If they are wanting us to use machines more then that is fine but 3 of them in T5 is a joke, they often breakdown and the 2 IRIS machines are the only thing that work but they need 5-6 of them in a big bank to be effective.
Of course you dare not say anything or you can imagine what you happen....
