Sprint, AT&T, and MCI all have an International Calling Plan with a fee of $3 or so per month. I know details only of the MCI plan: Plan Rates apply to 1. calls from home, 2. MCI Card calls from anywhere in the USA, 3. MCI Card calls TO anyone in the USA FROM a foreign country, and 4. Collect calls placed via the MCI Operator from abroad and received/accepted at the subscriber's US home. I love it so much that I passed up the Sprint/NW 40K promo.
