I was travelling FWA-ATL-SAT and believe it or not, I forgot my jacket and iPad in the overhead bin. Trust me, I am kicking myself for it but it happened. I always travel with the 9.95 insurance that Delta offers with the American express card. I haven't had a chance to call them as I had been on back to back trips. I did report it to Delta via te website but nothing so far. Has anyone dealt with these folks? I plan on calling them tomorrow but want check on here if there is something I should know before contacting them.
