On the microsite there was more detail on the changes, plus an invitation to share your feedback with them via an email address. ([email protected])

I emailed them my feedback and did receive a response too, as well as some additional conversation with an SPG Exec who had spotted some comments made through a social media channel. I may not have liked all of the changes, but I did at least have an opportunity to share my views directly with SPG and receive responses.
