I would follow FT Rule #1. Thank them, hang up and call back.

BTW I just cleared into F on the SFO-HNL portion this morning, but I originate in SFO. Watch your return flight if you do clear. I lost my return flight seat assignment when I cleared the outbound. Fortunately, my seat was still available.
