Just as a side note, I just did MAA-BRU-JFK in Premiere at the start of the month, and have to remark that the quality is starting to seriously lack. Dirty pillows/blankets in the overhead bins during boarding (relief pilot was furious, though, when he noticed that), significant lack of attention to J pax, and an overall average experience.

For the record, the 77W flies the ex-BOM routes to the US on Fri/Sat/Sun. I was sitting next to the relief pilot during my trip and he mentioned that it is because of US government nonsense that is strong-arming Jet into flying US-made Boeing aircraft onto US soil at least once a week. Not sure if that's true or not, but that's what he told me!
