No, I took out a card in Feb last year. I currently have a complaint with the ombudsman right now, basically to do with them selling me a balance transfer and then charging me interest on the purchases (long story but that is the gist of it) and I cancelled my account and cleared the balance within a few weeks. They would not refund the £85 fee
