If they have discounted the rates due to the problems, then "you get what you pay for" does apply. If they didn't disclose the problems then do complain and escalate.

If the property wanted to know who's posting bad comments on FT, all they need to do is sniff the network traffic and it's a done deal. If they choose, they could block all traffic to FT. But if they can't fix a waffle maker, heaven help them if the automatic door opener ever fails!

To the OP: If you have reported the problems and they are not willing to fix them, naming names won't hurt a bit. Maybe even get you better exposure if the GM is hiding issues from the franchise owners to get a better bottom line and his bonus bumped up. Even if your post saves one future guest from your same predicament, it's worth it.
